How to get a useful result
Answer for your usual behavior over time. Avoid choosing what sounds most heroic, and do not let one exceptional event define every response. Neutral is a valid answer when a statement genuinely depends on context.
What the percentages mean
Each virtue has nine or ten independent questions. A score of 50% is neutral, higher scores lean toward the virtue, and lower scores lean away from it. The full method is published on our methodology page.
